Yoga At The Haven

Ashtanga Yoga Series

The Haven is excited to offer a four class introduction Ashtanga Yoga series in February! We are the only studio in Cochrane to offer this invigorating style of yoga guaranteed to help you achieve your New Year's wellness goals!

Krysta's favorite form of yoga, Ashtanga is a dynamic and athletic form of Hatha Yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in Vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace. Our February series will focus on introducing participants to the practice.


Each class will be followed by a tea ceremony with Chi's Tea where participants can relax and discuss any questions they have about the experience. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and your spirit!


February 2, 9. 16, 23, 2023 from 7:00pm-9:00pm

As this is a progressive series, participants must sign up for all classes in the series

Drop-Ins will be allowed for $35+GST/Class space permitting

 but book your spot to save and secure your spot!

About Paul Iannarelli

 Paul Iannarelli has been practicing yoga for fourteen years. Yoga became a part of his life when he found it through his studies and disciplined practice of Ninpo Ninjutsu which derives its roots from ancient India. His studies are specific to Ashtanga, Iyengar and Raja Yogas. Ashtanga and Iyengar are perfect for making the body strong and flexible with Raja yoga developing a strong focused intuitive mind by way of breathing patterns and meditation. 


It is with great honor and excitement that Paul brings these unchanged and authentic forms of yoga to Cochrane.
