About Us

 At The Haven we treat clients as guests in our home. We are not just a day spa, we are a place where guests can relax, unwind and even stay awhile to just 'be' after the treatment is finished.

​

All appointments with us begin with a warm detoxifying foot soak and a hot or cold refreshment during your intake, allowing you to unwind prior to your session.

​​

Clients receive Full Time Booked in Treatment (intake time is not taken out of your session) and extras such as Custom Aromatherapy and Heated Towels are included in all our treatments Free of Charge.

We also allow extra time in our schedules to avoid rushing through appointments and for this reason we recommend that clients allow for a more relaxed time frame when booking an appointment with us.

*Our hours of operation are approximate as we are predominantly an appointment based business.

*Note: As we do not always have a receptionist on staff, if we are in treatment the spa doors may be locked if you come by outside an appointment time. 

 If we are in session we always leave a note on the door stating what time we will be out of treatment.
