Nestled at the base of the Foothills in one of Cochrane’s original historic homes, The Haven offers a place of rest and respite from your busy, hectic life. Opening its doors to the Cochrane community in 2021, the spa was born out of a passion for wellness, natural beauty and helping others.
Book a relaxing Aesthetics or Bodywork treatment in our beautiful Day Spa, shop local in our retail nook or have a cup of tea or coffee and unwind with us in our cozy front parlor in the winter or our tranquil garden in the warmer months. Clients are invited to take their time enjoying our beautiful heritage Home Away From Home.
Clients are never rushed out the door, receive their full time booked in treatment and always leave with a ‘goodie bag’ of treats to enjoy after their time with us. No one leaves The Haven empty handed.
The Haven gives back to the community by donating to charities, local businesses and by mentoring other wellness professionals. We host workshops, events and parties. The Haven also provides mobile services for those who cannot leave their homes for treatment and offers ongoing promotions to assist clients in affording regular care.

The Haven is dedicated to the memory of Krysta's late mother, who passed away suddenly in January, 2022.
A portion of proceeds from all sales in our retail boutique as well as all sales of The Haven's Strawberry Rhubarb jam are donated to various animal charities in her memory.

About Us
At The Haven we treat clients as guests in our home. We are not just another luxury spa, we are a place where you can relax, unwind and even stay awhile to just 'be' after the treatment is finished.
In a world that is becoming increasingly stressful and expensive, we offer Luxury Spa and Wellness Services at affordable rates to allow everyone to be able to relax and pamper themselves.
All appointments with us begin with a warm detoxifying foot soak and a hot or cold refreshment during your intake, allowing you to unwind prior to your session.
During your appointment you can expect to receive your Full Time Booked in Treatment (intake time is not taken out of your session) and extras such as Custom Aromatherapy, Heated Towels and a little take-home gift are included in all our treatments Free of Charge.
We also allow extra time in our schedules to avoid rushing through appointments and for this reason we recommend that you allow for a more relaxed time frame when booking an appointment with us.
