Balance
Traditional Ayurvedic Massage
Bring equilibrium back to your body with a traditional Abhyanga Massage, the most popular massage in Ayurveda. Clients will be given a short assessment of their Dosha (constitution) prior to the massage to determine which techniques and oils to use. Session starts with an acupressure scalp treatment followed by a light pressure massage. Warm oil is applied to the entire body from the scalp to the feet. Hair will be oily after the session (bring hair covering). Deeply relaxing and balancing.

Body and Sole Bliss
Relax from Head to Toe
Our most popular spa treatment is superb for reviving after a long day at work. Treatment begins with a detoxifying foot bath followed by a full body Deep Relaxation Massage incorporating a lower leg and foot scrub. Thirty minutes of reflexology-style foot massage finishes this total relaxation experience.
Pure Bliss!

Sound Healing
Vibrational Healing with Ohm Tuning Forks and Crystal Bowls

'We are each made of music'
-Joseph Rael

Sound is spherical, it is one of the first senses to develop and is the last to leave us. As our bodies organs each have a unique frequency signature, each person has a personal and unique frequency giving us a each 'home note' like the key of a song.

When we are under stress or are unwell, the body gets overwhelmed and cannot function to it's fullest potential. Vibration applied by music and Tuning Forks helps remove blockages in the body's energetic pathways allowing a sympathetic resonance with the Earth which helps restore balance, establishes homeostasis and promotes healing.
Using sound for healing purposes has been around for centuries and many medical professionals still utilize tuning forks and sound healing in their practices.

Tuning Fork Therapy Can:
Block pain signals to the brain
Relax muscle tension by stimulating the release of nitric oxide
Promote the flow of energy or 'Qi' in and around the body
Relax the adrenals and relieve stress
Promote sound sleep
Promote deep breathing
Stimulate the body's natural healing process
Increase bone density
Calm and relax, promoting homeostasis in the body
