Yoga Classes at The Haven

Note: We are not offering yoga classes at the moment.

We are trying to find a yoga instructor who is interested in holding small classes allowing participants more individual attention.

Classes at The Haven are usually by series to ensure attendance and have a maximum of 5 participants.

If you are a Yoga Instructor (or know one) who is interested in helping us create yoga options for clients at The Haven this Fall/Winter please send an email to

We acknowledge that we stand on Treaty 7 territory.

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, we honour and acknowledge Moh’kinsstis, and the traditional Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. Finally, we acknowledge all Nations – Indigenous and non – who live, work and play on this land, and who honour and celebrate this territory.

We are eternally grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who have gone before us and who remain with us today.  We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
