Our Westcoast Facial has been called the 'best facial ever' by many clients. The Haven is the only spa in Alberta that uses Seaflora Organic Skincare from Sooke, BC. Seaflora uses sustainably harvested seaweed in its products which is full of nutrients that feed your skin, improving elasticity, moisture retention and age related issues.

Our hand and foot treatments utilize natural, organic products to care for your skin. Our polishes are Vegan, Cruelty Free and do not contain any toxic ingredients such as Formaldehyde, Toluene, Acetone, TPHP, Parabens etc.

 

Manicures include warm paraffin wraps free of charge. We have services suitable for men, teens and children as well.   

 

We also offer body wrap treatments, lashes and brows.

Facials and Body Treatments

Protect your skin from Alberta's dry air. The Haven offers facial treatments with Eminence Organic Skincare, a Multiple-Award winning line of Organic Skincare Products that give you a radiant glow while nourishing your skin.

We also offer a 'Back Facials' and Scrubs/Body Masques, perfect to prepare for a night out in a backless dress, or to just take care of an area of your body that can be difficult to access.

Manicures

The Haven offers holistic hand and nail care to help you look and feel your best. Manicures are more than just for beauty. They clean up dried and cracked cuticles, moisturize chapped, dry skin and increase circulation and help with inflamed joints that cause pain and lack of mobility in the hands.

Manicures are suitable for everyone, polish-free options are available.

We use a cruelty free nail care line of polishes formulated without DBP, toluene, formaldehyde and formaldehyde resin.

All Haven Manicures include complimentary paraffin hand wraps and Eminence Organic's Stone Crop Scrub on the hands and arms for extra pampering, a $30 added value!

*Note: The Haven does not offer Gel or Shellac Polish and we do not remove Gel Polish (please have Gel removed prior to your appointment with us).

Pedicures

Treat your feet to a Pedicure designed to improve your foot health as well as make your toes look pretty. Pedicures are important for foot health. They increase circulation, reduce swelling in the feet and ankles, moisturize dry skin and remove overgrown callouses. Regular treatments help detect foot issues before they cause further problems.

Pedicures include a foot soak, nail trimming/shaping, cuticle and callous care (we do not use blades), an all natural foot and leg scrub and a rejuvenating leg and foot massage.

​

Our Haven Pedicure is 90 Minutes and is perfect for those with foot issues such as Diabetes as our Esthetics Professionals are well educated in Foot health issues and we do a thorough intake prior to your appointment. We also offer shorter pedicures for those who regularly maintain their feet and more Deluxe treatments for those wishing extra pampering.

Clients who book their Pedicures with Krysta have the option of adding a short (or full) Reflexology Session to their Treatment which may be reimbursed through a Health Spending or Wellness Account (depending on your plan)

Retail Hours are generally the same with the exception of Thursday and Friday until 5:00pm​

*Note: As we do not always have a receptionist on staff, if we are in treatment the spa doors may be locked if you come by outside an appointment time. 

 If we are in session we always leave a note on the door stating what time we will be out of treatment.
