My husband and I have been long time clients of Krysta. She has always been very professional and most accommodating to ensure we feel both valued and appreciated. You can call or contact Krysta at any time to book her services and she works very hard to find time to meet your schedule. Adding hours to her day, offering in home service or working with her customers to make it work, she always puts her clients first.

Using the word client almost seems too formal as Krysta makes you feel more like a friend having a visit. Each session begins with a warm welcome setting the tone for a great experience. She goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the treatment you want and need from the extremely broad options available due to her extra training and experience.

Working with you, she always makes you feel comfortable and tailors her treatments to each client to make sure they are completely satisfied. Sessions usually end with Chocolate and a hug. Such a great experience every time and something we always look forward to

'Krysta gave me the best massage I’ve ever had!'

I recently moved to Cochrane from Ontario and was looking for a massage. I found this gem only 3 blocks away and thought I’d won the lottery!!! Krysta gave me the best massage I’ve ever had!!!! And I’ve had hundreds all over and even at high priced spas! This, hands down, was the best!! Krysta is such a joy to talk with and her massage was absolutely perfect! She took her time and her gentle touch took away every knot and stiffness I went in with! I will recommend going here to everyone!! I’ve already booked my next appointment!! My hubby and I came to the Haven day spa for a little spa day ! He got a pedicure and I got a facial. The level of relaxation we both had was unbeatable! The whole time at the spa felt like a dream! So relaxing and enjoyable ! I would recommend the Haven to anyone who wants to try it out! They have a ton of local goodies ! I purchased a bath bomb and it was beyond amazing! The smell was phenomenal! I will definitely be a monthly visitor of the haven! Thank you so much for having us!

Haven Spa is a hidden gem! The house has such character and they offer amazing spa services. My teen and I had a facial with Claudia and I would highly recommend her! They also have a variety of Eminence products to choose from. Another bonus is the spa cat!!
