SOUND THERAPY/VIBROACOUSTIC THERAPY

Sound Therapy

Vibrational Healing with Ohm Tuning Forks and Vibroacoustic Therapy

Vibration is our first memory

Sound is spherical, it is one of the first senses to develop and is the last to leave us.  As our bodies organs each have a unique frequency signature, each person has a personal and unique frequency giving us a each 'home note' like the key of a song.

When we are under stress or are unwell,  the body gets overwhelmed and cannot function to it's fullest potential. Vibration applied by Sound Frequencies and Tuning Forks helps remove blockages in the body's energetic pathways allowing a sympathetic resonance with the Earth which helps restore balance, establishes homeostasis and promotes healing.

Using sound for healing purposes has been around for centuries and many medical professionals still utilize tuning forks and sound healing in their practices.

Sound Therapy Can:

Block pain signals to the brain

Relax muscle tension by stimulating the release of nitric oxide

Promote the flow of energy or 'Qi' in and around the body

Relax the adrenals and relieve stress

Promote sound sleep

Promote deep breathing

Stimulate the body's natural healing process

Increase bone density

Calm and relax, promoting homeostasis in the body
