Take care of your body, mind and spirit in our beautiful Day Spa.
Offerings include Holistic Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Bodywork/Structural Integration, Registered Massage Therapy, Foot Massage, Ayurvedic Scalp Massage, Facials, Certified Reflexology (Spring 2024), Shiatsu, Restorative Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Body Scrubs and Wraps Holistic Manicures and Pedicures, Brows, Lashes and Facial Hair Removal (Threading)
All services are booked with your full time in session, intake and assessment are not included in your treatment time.
All Bodywork and Esthetics services (with the exception of Brows and Lashes) begin with a complimentary foot soak and include hot towels and custom aromatherapy included free of charge.
Clients are encouraged to relax and take their time before and after treatment.
If you are in a rush or have a strict timeline to leave the spa please inform your practitioner upon arrival as we do not believe in rushing through appointments.
The Haven uses all natural skin and body care products for your treatments.
We use Vegan, 16-21 Free Nail Polish and do not offer Gel Polish. Our nail treatments are for natural nails only

Relax and Repair
Our Massage and Bodywork Services* are designed to provide relaxation, stress relief and pain management to assist you in leading a healthy life. We offer services ranging from Relaxation Massage, Restorative Bodywork and Deep Tissue Massage (Non-RMT) to Spa Treatments such as Ayurveda, Reflexology, Scrubs/Wraps, Hot Stone Massage and more. Certified Reflexology (covered by most insurance plans) is coming in Spring of 2024. Thai Yoga Massage and Indian Head Massage are also coming later this year!

We also offer Registered Massage Therapy for clients seeking insurance reimbursement (note: we do not offer direct billing)

New Clients receive 15 minutes free of charge added to the first Signature Flow Massage with one of our Bodyworkers (Non-RMT)
Beautify
Our Esthetics Services are designed to provide natural beauty treatments for men and women that provide lasting results. Our facials utilize Eminence Organics Skincare, an award winning, results proven line of skincare products.
We do not use gel polish, our nail polishes are vegan, cruelty-free and are 16-21 free of chemicals. Most all products used in the spa are local and organic wherever possible.
Couple's Massage
The Haven is the only spa in Cochrane to offer couple's massages!

Couples massage has many benefits! From creating intimacy with your romantic partner, having quality time together with a friend or family member in a tranquil setting and creating physical, mental and health benefits that last after the treatment is over, massage together is a great way to spend the day.

Treatment begins with a complimentary warm foot soak, refreshments (we do not serve alcoholic beverages at this time) and chocolate treats.
