The Haven is pleased to soon offer an Infrared Sauna for clients to relax and unwind in prior to or post treatment

Please note our Sauna will be for client use before or after booked treatments. It is not available for booking as a stand-alone session at this time.

*If we are in treatment the spa doors are locked if you come by outside an appointment time. 

 If we are in session we always leave a note on the door stating what time we will be out of treatment.
